Maverick Village
UNO's newest residence hall complex, Maverick Village is located on the southwest corner of the Dodge Street campus.
Maverick Village amenities include:
- 4 private, carpeted bedrooms
- 2 full baths
- Furnished living room
- Cable/internet service in each bedroom and living room
- Washer/dryers in each building
- Big screen TV
- Kitchenette
- Room for meeting or group study
Residents of Maverick Village will enjoy the convenience of a nearby parking structure, should they choose to have a car on campus. Residents must purchase a UNO parking permit and garage access card.
Maverick Village 2008-2009 Rates
Twelve-Month Contract:
Monthly Payment Plan: $460.00 (or $5,520 for the full year)
Semi-Annual Payment Plan: $445.00 (or $5,340 for the full year)
Annual Payment Plan: $435.00 (or $5,220 for the full year)
Maverick Village includes ALL utilities - water, gas electricity, basic cable, internet, and furniture.
Students accepted into Maverick Village should receive their contract/lease towards the end of May 2008.
